Stay Policies

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Guests are kindly asked to respect these times so our team can prepare each accommodation with the highest level of care.

A deposit of 50% of the total stay, including taxes, will be charged at the time of booking. The reservation is confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 50% of the total stay. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, or in case of no-show, will incur a penalty of 100% of the total stay.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Tenuta Fiumara, parties and events are not permitted. Guests are kindly asked to respect the property, furnishings, gardens, shared areas and surrounding nature throughout their stay.

Any damage caused to the accommodation, furniture, equipment, outdoor areas or estate facilities during the stay may result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for treating the property with care and leaving it in good condition.

Quiet hours are required from 10:00 PM to 9:30 AM. During this time, guests are kindly asked to avoid loud music, excessive noise or any activity that may disturb other guests or the peaceful setting of the estate.
